Centered around a classic A-frame cabin, this turnkey property is the ideal blend of comfort, wildlife, and adventure, ready to enjoy from day one as a hunting or fishing basecamp, family retreat, recreational property or legacy mountain getaway. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is fully furnished and well-equipped with power, a private water well, and septic system. Warm, rustic, and inviting, it serves as a perfect home base after days spent exploring the surrounding mountains, creeks, and trails. A defining feature of the ranch is approximately 1,500± feet of Anthracite Creek flowing through the property. Fall colors along the Kebler Pass Road are a must see destination which is only a a few mils past the property. For hunters, Anthracite Creek Ranch sits along the boundary of GMU 521 and GMU 53, with County Road 12 serving as the dividing line. This unique location provides access to two highly sought-after units known for strong populations of elk, mule deer, black bear, and turkey. In the summer months, take a scenic drive up the road to the iconic mountain town of Crested Butte for dining, and culture, or head down valley to Paonia for everyday essentials, local agriculture, and community charm.
